Since 1995, Dave Winters has worked hard to give you a voice in Springfield. His diligence in fighting for important issues - such as education reforms tied to funding, natural resource conservation, and business and job creation, while standing up against wasteful spending and excess in state government - has earned him the respect of his colleagues. So much so, that in 2003, they selected him as Assistant Republican House Leader. In this role, Dave helps determine the policy positions of the Illinois House Republican caucus and takes an active role in floor debate.
